Softball is a very popular game in the UK played regularly by over 350 companies. Its FUN, SOCIABLE and has TEAM BUILDING qualities. It’s one of the few activities that companies can offer equally to their male & female staff of any age & it is a great way to spend a Summer evening in the fresh air & to get a bit of exercise too

How Much Does It Cost
Our prices below are based on a 2 ½ Hour event ( ½ Day events are charged pro-rata – please ask us for a quote):
Softball Equipment* Hire:

1 kit -   £135 (suitable for 2 teams = 20 people)

2 kits - £210 (suitable for 4 teams = 40 people)

3 kits - £260 (usually a ½ Day event with 50+ people)
Umpires/Coaches** :

2 -       £150 (suitable for 2 teams)

3 -       £200 (suitable for 2-3 teams)

4 -       £250 (suitable for 3+ teams / ½ Day event

Batting Cage:

 

We can provide a batting cage with a pitching machine at a fixed cost of £120 – ideal for those who want to take on a bigger challenge & try to hit a pitched ball at over 60 mph! (Not for the feint hearted!!)

 

* Equipment consists of batters helmets, aluminum bats, bases & home plate, softballs, 10 gloves & First Aid Kit.

 

** Our Umpires/Coaches can tailor the game to suit your needs. We can provide a very competitive environment or a much more relaxed session – in either case we provide guidance on how to play the game & a basic session on softball rules & safety.

 

 

Catering:

 

In addition to the game itself, we can offer your teams a catering service where we provide food & alcoholic or soft drinks, served up on the diamond or in our wildlife garden, as part of an all-in package price. Please contact us for more details & menus/pricing….
